Pre-registration of voters has commenced in the INEC office, here is how to get your PVC online. Please be informed that the INEC Online registration website is www.cvr.inecnigeria.org. You will have to go to your registration centers after this process for biometric data collection and PVC verification.

You can pre-register for your PVC online ahead of the 2023 General Elections. To become a registered voter, you will need to complete the PVC registration online and get your Permanent Voters Card.

On the official registration portal www.cvr.inecnigeria.org, we shall describe the INEC Permanent Voters Card (PVC) Online Registration procedure. To obtain your voter card, you must first register online and then have your thumbprint taken at one of the specified centers.

In your different Polling Units, only individuals having a PVC will be permitted to vote in future elections. So make sure you go to the INEC Online registration page and fill out the biometric capture form at one of the numerous registration centers in your local government or any place nearby.

The Independent National Electoral Commission INEC has advised all Nigerians to register online or make an appointment to visit one of the INEC PVC registration centers in their states.

As previously mentioned, only registered voters who have their permanent voters cards and have completed biometric capture will be able to vote in both the gubernatorial and presidential elections in 2023.

How to Replace lost INEC PVC

Only registered voters who have their permanent voters cards are eligible to vote in both the governorship and presidential elections in Nigeria. If you have lost or misplaced your PVC, go to the INEC office to get a replacement.

If you want to begin the online PVC process before the 30th May deadline and the final physical closure of the exercise before June 30th, then you should do this.

• You first log in to cvr.inecnigeria.org and register.
• Create a new portal user which requires, your legal name, mobile line, phone number, email, and password.
• You should receive an email, to verify and activate your account, and log back in to approve that the details you gave belong to you.
• After that, you are to fill out a form requesting biodata, date of birth, and also polling unit.
• After you are done with the biodata process, you are expected to upload a picture of yourself to the system.
• Once this process is concluded, you are to select a date for physical biometrics collation, and a list of centers would be offered closest to you. You are to finish the application process with the details you submitted and print the slip you used to continue the process at the INEC centers to get your PVC.
