After INEC Recruitment 2023 is completed, the INEC recruitment shortlists 2023 PDF will be published online. Following that, successful candidates will be invited, and the successful candidates will advance to the next screening point.

How to Check INEC Shortlisted Candidates 2023

To download the list of successful candidates, log in to the INEC portal at inec.gov.ng/shortlisted-candidates.

The shortlist is organized in a PDF file that you can download and save to your phone or device for easy access. By downloading and opening it, you can see if your name is on the Independent National Electoral Commission’s shortlist.

Names are listed in alphabetical order. To search for your name, simply scroll down to the first letter of your surname. Also, double-check the email address you used to apply for the job. Your screening date and location will be emailed to you, and information will be available on the army portal as well.

Next Step / Stage for INEC Shortlisted Candidates 2023

INEC will proceed with the recruitment process once the shortlist is released. After that, there will be;

Online assessment test
Written exams/aptitude test
Screening and a face-to-face interview

Note: Even if you meet all of the eligibility requirements, there is no way of knowing whether or not you will be shortlisted. This is because the final decision will be based on the candidates’ overall performance.
