Crown Polytechnic Admission Form 2023/2024 Is Out: Crown Polytechnic, Ado-Ekiti is now selling forms for admission into its various ND and HND programs for the 2023/2024 academic session. Crown Polytechnic post-UTME form and HND form is N5,500 (five thousand five hundred naira only).
Suitably qualified applicants are encouraged to apply for admission to its Higher National Diploma (HND) and National Diploma (ND) (Full-Time) programs for the 2023/2024 academic session.

Crown Polytechnic Admission Requirements
ND APPLICANTS
Candidates seeking admission are expected to have sat for 2023/2024 UTME conducted by JAMB.
Candidates seeking admission into any of the schools must possess these minimum entry requirements:
- School of Business & Management Studies (Accountancy, Business Administration, Public Administration)
Five ‘0’ level credit passes including English Language, Mathematics, and Any other three (3)Management/Social Science subjects - School of Applied Sciences (Computer Science, Fisheries Technology, Science Laboratory, Statistics)
Five ‘0’ level credit passes including Mathematics, English Language, and Any other three (3) Science subjects - School of Environmental Studies (Estate Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Quantity Surveying)
Five ‘0’ level credit passes including Mathematics, English Language, and Any other three (3) Science subjects - School of Engineering & Engineering Technology
Five ‘0’ level credit passes including Mathematics, English Language, and Any other three (3) Science subjects
Note: Minimum of two sittings and combined results are accepted (NECO, WAEC/SSCE/, NABTEB
HND APPLICANTS
- Applicants must possess a Five ‘0’ level result, National Diploma (ND), and must have completed one year of mandatory SIWES(IT)
Note: Applicants that have ‘passed’ in ND must undergo two years of SIWES before applying for HND
How to Apply for Crown Polytechnic Admission Form
- Purchase an Online Admission Application Scratch Card at N5,500 from Crown Polytechnic main campus Ado-Ekiti or accredited agents at selected locations in the country. You can call Admission Officer at 08034896926.
- Visit www.crownpolytechnic.edu.ng and click on the “ONLINE APPLICATION” link. Fill in the SERIAL No and PIN on the scratch card and log-in
- Please fill out the form correctly and submit it. i.e. you are expected to upload 2 x 2 passport photographs. Only a jpeg format is accepted.
- Check your Admission Entry Status 48hrs after the completion of your online admission application using the same PIN and Serial No on your Admission Scratch Card.
- If provisional admission is granted, print out both the Attestation form and Application Confirmation slip
