NECO GCE Exam Date 2024

This is the examination taken by candidates in their final year of secondary school. The SSCE is divided into two categories. The first is SSCE Internal, which is for candidates in their third and final year of Senior Secondary Education, and the second is SSCE External, which is for candidates who are not in the school system, i.e. Private Candidates.

NECO GCE Timetable 2024

  • Applicants should check the precise locations for Oral French, Arabic, and Stenography I & IV with the NECO State Office where they will be taking the exam.
  • For Stenography papers I & IV, candidates should bring their computer/laptop to the given location.
  • Hausa is one of Nigeria’s languages. Literature is a part of Igbo and Yoruba cultures.
  • BLIND CANDIDATES MUST TAKE THE EXAMINATION AT THEIR RESPECTIVE NECO STATE OFFICES AND USE THE BRaille SHEETS PROVIDED.
  • ALBINOS AND BLIND CANDIDATES will be allowed an extra 30 minutes on all papers.
  • It is permissible to use a scientific calculator.
  • THE USE OF A PROGRAMMABLE CALCULATOR IS PROHIBITED.
  • IT IS ILLEGAL TO BRING GSM INTO THE EXAMINATION ROOM.
  • Candidates should bring their drawing equipment and supplies to Technical Drawing I and IV.
