UCTH School of Nursing Admission Requirements
- All candidates must possess FIVE (5) Credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than 2 sittings from SSCE or NECO.
- Only candidates aged between 17-30 years by November 2024 are eligible to apply.
How to Apply for UCTH School of Nursing Admission Form
Individuals who are interested in applying for the program can obtain the necessary application forms from the Office of the Principal at the School of Nursing located at the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital on Moore Road in Calabar. The application forms will be available for a limited time, specifically from Wednesday, March 8th until Friday, May 5th, 2024, depending on availability.
To complete the application process, candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of N17,000 to the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital Collection Account No. 1100757926 at EKONDO Microfinance Bank on Muritala Mohammed Highway. After paying the fee, candidates should exchange the teller for an official receipt at the UCTH Treasury located at the Permanent site, and then present the official receipt to the Principal at the School of Nursing in UCTH on Moore Road in order to receive the application form.
UCTH School of Nursing Entrance Exam Date
The deadline for submitting application forms is May 15th, 2024. Completed application forms, along with copies of relevant documents, must be sent to the Principal’s office.
The selection examination is scheduled for May 19th, 2024, at the School of Nursing premises located on Moore Road and the UCTH Permanent Site in Calabar. The exam will commence promptly at 8:00 am.
Successful candidates who pass the written examination will be notified of the date for the oral interview, which will be held at the UCTH Permanent Site.
The Entrance Examination will begin at 8:00 a.m. sharp at the School of Nursing Premises on Moore Road and the UCTH Permanent Site in Calabar.
